Volante Rosso has taken the covers off its new Aston Martin Vantage GT3 in a spectacular launch on the Gold Coast, Queensland, this evening (July 31).
In front of a crowd of racing identities, friends and family, drivers Ben Porter and teenage sensation Alex Gardner unveiled the Vantage at the Aston Martin Queensland dealership in Southport on the Gold Coast.
Porter and Gardner were joined by Volante Rosso team owners Chris Papadopoulos and Josh Hunt, plus team manager Charise Smith.
The arrival of the new car for Volante Rosso also marks a new partner program between the team and Aston Martin Racing.
Porter, Gardner and the team will be on track tomorrow for private testing at Queensland Raceway, Ipswich, ahead of Round 3 of the Fanatec GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS at the Ipswich circuit.
Friday will see official practice start, followed by qualifying and the first one-hour race on Saturday, concluding with another one-hour race on Sunday.
